Help support LIFFE’s Mission during ESFNA Tournament

Ahmedin M. Nasser, founder of Library Information Foundation for Ethiopia (LIFFE), is calling on all attendees of this year’s ESFNA tournament in Atlanta, GA to donate books for Ethiopia.

LIFFE is an Oakland, California-based non-profit organization, whose mission is to

provide good quality books to Ethiopians and help them develop a culture of reading and self-improvement.

Furthermore, Ahmedin has opened or assisted in the opening of 22 libraries in Ethiopia.

He said that he will ask everyone who comes to the annual Ethiopian Soccer Tournament to donate books or help out in the transportation and distribution of school books and computers for elementary school students, including the deaf and the blind. 

Ahmedin, who is a graduate from Cal State Hayward in accounting, played soccer in Ethiopia and also took part in several ESFNA tournaments.
