Ethiopia to host 11th Innovation Africa Digital Summit 2013

Addis Ababa, February 18, 2013 (WIC) -Ethiopia is to host the 11th Innovation Africa Digital Summit 2013 in Addis Ababa partnering with ICT service provider Extensia Ltd.

11th Innovation Africa Digital Summit 2013 aims at discussing the need to create sustainable national growth and development of the African telecom and ICT ecosystem. This is according to press release by Office of Government Communications.

“National Broadband Strategies and Agendas — Acceleration and Alignment,” is the theme of the Summit; and the expected to have role in creating technology and business integrity among nations and private sectors.

The summit will hopefully bring together up to 350 organizations from around the world, including large ICT companies, minister delegations, regulators, major end users and international solution providers.

Ethiopia would benefit by attracting international ICT investors further appealing more investment into Ethiopia.
