United Bank to build 32-Story Office Tower in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – United Bank S. C., one of the nation’s most profitable private banks, is planning to build a new 32-story office tower in the Senga Tera area here in the capital.
The new office tower will have a four-level underground parking.
The Senga Tera area, which is also home to the headquarter of Awash International Bank (AIB) S.C., Â has now been designated as the new financial district of Addis Ababa.
A cornerstone-laying ceremony, attended by world famous athlete Haile Gebrselassie and other invited guests, was held on May 29, 2014 on the property.
