Ethiopian Airlines is pleased to announce that the Pan-African Award Committee comprising of travel professionals and journalists from across Africa has recognized the airline with multiple awards, including as Ã¢â‚¬Å“African Airline of the YearÃ¢â‚¬Â and Ã¢â‚¬Å“Best Cabin Crew in AfricaÃ¢â‚¬Â at the opening ceremony of the 9thÃ‚Â Travel Market, AKWAABA, meeting in Nigeria at Eko Hotel Convention Centre on 27 October 2013.
Travel Market, AKWAABA, is the only annual international travel fair in West Africa bringing together all the stakeholders in the tourism industry value chain, including airlines, hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, restaurants, national tourism boards and media.
