Ethiopia Coffee Climbs to the top of the Ethiopian Premier League

Addis Ababa – Ethiopia Coffee has climbed to the top of the  Ethiopian Premier League following their scoreless tie with arch rival St. George here today, while former leader Hawassa City lost 1-0 to  Sidama Coffee.

However, the lead could be temporary as Sidama Coffee and Bahir Dar City who are trailing 3 points behind the leader in third and places respectively, have each one of them 2 games on hand. 

Elsewhere in the league, Mekelakeya snatched an away point from Bahir Dar Kenema in 1-1 draw so did Dire Dawa Kenema against Wolaita Dicha.  Sehul Shire failed to take home advantage as they were held to a scoreless tie by Mekelle 70 Enderta,
