Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Returns of thirty per cent a year sound too good to be true, but that’s what it is claimed you can earn by investing in this rising nation. Local businesses say they are booming, meanwhile foreign investors are jostling for opportunities.

So where can these incredible profits be made? The answer is Ethiopia.
