Tunis – The Ethiopian national U-17 team was eliminated today from the African Championship following a 5-1 defeat (5-4 on aggregate) at the hands of its Tunisian compatriot.
The Ethiopian youngsters, who won their first leg match 3-0 in Addis Ababa two weeks ago, conceded 3 goals in the first half (2′,8′,36′), and the Tunisians added 2 more goals in the second (67′ & 76′).
Ethiopia’s lone goal came in the 88th minute.

Still don’t gave up on this Young talented team try to work on them. If we have to make some changes go ahead. please what ever it takes. Feed them very will to. Don’t loose this momentum. And also I would like to say good job to Ethiopian foot ball federation.
You have to have à good defender to play with the African teams. We should put them in pressure instead them to score the first two min, too early.The coach doesn’t di any thing. Was he on the side line?
We have the best youth soccer coach in the country Yohanes Tesema setting there doing nothing . EFF that is a disservice to out nation get the man to do what he does best let him build the next generation .

What happen the U-17 Ethiopian team? Its really sad, very sad. How can they lose the match with such a wide gap after defeating Their Tunisian counter parts 3-0? There must be some coaching problem out there. Its really difficult to believe eko.

Well, at this time it may be finiacially difficult to keep three national teams at the same time. Nationa team, u17 national team and women ( lucey) national team. I really don’t think so If the ethiopian federation has enough money to handle all these people, I mean all these Teams.
