We have given ourselves a fighting chance in Addis Ababa – Asrat Megersa

Ethiopia national football side (The Black Lions) believe they have given themselves a huge boost in their quest to qualify for 2013 Orange African Cup of Nations after scoring three goals away from home in during the weekend defeat to neighbours Sudan. According to the Lions’ defensive midfielder Asrat Megersa the result from Omdurman presents them with an opportunity to qualify for the finals in South Africa  as he and his teammates can win in Addis Ababa by the margin required to qualify for the South Africa finals in 2013. Megersa was talking to Cat home next month. I strongly believe Ethiopia will make it through to the finals this time round.
