CAF Confederation Cup: St. George 1 Club Africain 1
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – St. George FC, Ethiopia’s representative in this year’s CAF Confederation Cup, drew 1-1 with its Tunisian counterpart Club Africain in the first leg match played here today.
According to information posted on the Facebook page of Club Africain, the two sides finished the first half scoreless.
It went on to say that it was St. George who scored first (53’) but Hamza Messaadi equalized for the North Africans seven minutes later.
The two teams will meet in Tunis in two-week time.
