St. George extends lead to five points
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – St. George FC extended its lead of the Ethiopia Premier League to 5 points following its 1-0 victory over Ethiopian Air Force today.
This was a match that was initially scheduled to take place on January 8 (Week 7) but it was postponed following clashes between the supporters of the two teams before the start of the game.
St. George now has 30 points, followed by EEPCO (25 pts), Dedebit (23 pts), Ethiopian Coffee (19 pts) and Adama City 18 Pts).
The second round of the championship will resume tomorrow.ÂÂ
