EEPCO demolish Air Force 4-0 to snatch lead from Adama
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – EEPCO demolished newly promoted Ethiopian Air Force 4-0 here today  in Week 8 of the Ethiopian Premier League, reported the weekly Inter Sport newspaper on its FaceBook page.
The victory helped the Electric men to snatch the league lead from Adama City, who were shocked 2-0 at home by Harar Brewery.
This also marked the first loss of the season for Adama City.
In other matches, defending champions Ethiopian Coffee moved up three notches with a 1-0 victory over Dire Dawa, and Sidama Coffee made similar jump as they defeated Mugher Cement 3-2 at home.
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) beat Arba Minch City 3-2 in Addis.
The league will continue tomorrow with Defence Force hosting Hawassa City here in the nation’s capital.
