Ethiopia Football: Onuora calls 15 new players for Walias

Addis Abeba – Coach Iffy Onuora has selected 15 new players for the Ethiopian national football team (Walias), in preparation for the upcoming Orange Africa Cup of Nations Group B encounter with the Nigerian Green Eagles in March of this year, reported the Addis Abeba-based Amharic sports website Libro.

Two of these players come from the National Football League while the rest are from the Ethiopian Premier League.

The new players have already joined the rest of the Ethiopian squad, which began its training yesterday.

Coach Onuora will have a chance to test these new players when the Walias will soon play two friendly matches against Algeria and Sudan.
