Addis Ababa – Dedebit FC moved four notches up (5th) n the Ethiopian Premier League, after defeating arch rival St. George 3-1 here today.

The much anticipated match between the two teams started well for St. George as they scored a goal by Adane Girma (St. George) just 35 seconds into the game. And the score remained 1-0 in favor of St. George at half-time.

One minute into the second half, Dedebit got the equalizer through by Behailu Assefa and added 2 more goals from their leading striker Getaneh Kebede, who was later by replaced by Addis Hintsa, after suffering an injury.

The victory lifted Dedebit from 9th to 5th position while St. George remained in last place with just one point from 5 matches.
