For those of you who do not know, Kenya lost to Malawi 3-2. Apparently Malawi led 2-0 at one point. This a group of death. Do not know the details of the other much apart from the Ethiopian goalkeeper blunder, at least that is what Ethiopians have said, have to get the other perspective.

We have to believe that our region is so weak in view of the giant foot balling nations of Western Africa. I am niether happy nor sad of the result. Hey guys, let us stop shouting this way or another but concentrate to improve our foot ball. Let East Africa contribute quality teams in African Nations Cup and at least one in the world cup.

YE THATS WONDERFUL TO OUR FELLOW UG’S WE ARE ONE BLOOD GUYS YOU HAVE TO BRING BACK THE TROPHY

  33. The Ugandan... says:

@Tesafaye, Goddo was dangerous. Ethiopia was bound to dominate but still lose. The Cranes also had problems with the hot & humid conditions.

When I played against them years back, we let them play the passing game and waited for them at the back then counter attacked with long range shots which they were not used to.

It was an easy win but it looked like we were outplayed as they dominated possession and had beautiful passes. Funny enough our team was really good at the short passing game but didn’t play that way because the Ethiopians were comfortable with it.

These guys wanted to walk the ball into the net and could not handle a physical game.

  34. nyesiga says:

The Cranes iz a regional giant if I were Ethiopian I wud be celebrating a narrow loss….next time expect a whip.Hw I wish we meet Rwanda anywhere….they need another RAP(lesson)
