EEPCO still in danger zone despite win

Adama- Week 33 of the Ethiopian Premier League (EPL) resumed here today where EEPCO remains in the relegation zone despite defeating home side Adama City 2-1. This is because their nearest rival and fellow Addis Ababa team Insurance beat Sebeta City 2-1 in the capital. 

In other matches, Sidama Coffee and Trans Ethiopia drew 1-1 in Yergalem, Dedebit FC lost 1-0 away to Dire Dawa City and champions Saint George FC scored a 2-0 victory over Mugher Cement in Ambo. 

The season will conclude this weekend with the following matches:
