Dedebit FC wins Ethiopian Cup as St. George saw 5 players sent off
Sebeta – Newly promoted Dedebit FC was declared the 2009/10 Ethiopian Cup Winners after their opponents and current league champions St. George FC saw 5 of their players sent off.

Ifem “Iffy” Onuora signs 1-year deal to coach Ethiopian National Football Team
Addis Ababa – Former Swindon Town head coach, Ifem “Iffy” Onuora has signed a 1-year deal to coach the Ethiopian national football team in a ceremony held at the Sheraton Hotel here.
The 42-year-old ex-professional footballer was born in Glasgow, Scotland on July 28, 1967, and he is of Nigerian descent.
